- You believe healthcare marketing is more than ads and social media, but no one has shown you the rest.
- You're already responsible for marketing at a clinic or medical centre, without a clear framework to work from.

Program content
Eight modules, each ending in something you build

02 Market Research and Healthcare Insights
Understanding the market, its size and direction · competitor analysis · patient and customer insights · turning data into marketing opportunities · running research with limited resources · writing a clear problem statement.
You build: a market and competitor analysis for your chosen service.
03 Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning
Segmentation in healthcare markets · demographic vs behavioural segments · selecting the target segment · assessing market attractiveness and brand fit · building clear positioning · writing a value proposition and a persuasive message.
You build: an STP worksheet and a positioning statement.
04 Product, Service and Brand Strategy
Marketing a pharmaceutical product vs a medical service · product and service lifecycle · brand strategy in healthcare · service differentiation · pricing, access, and perceived value · designing a responsible offer without exaggeration.
You build: a product or service marketing brief.
05 Patient Journey and Growth Funnel
The stages of the patient journey · awareness, consideration, booking, experience, retention · finding the leak points inside the funnel · lead generation vs lead conversion · the role of the call centre, front desk, and sales · retention, loyalty, and patient referrals.
You build: a patient journey map and a lead flow.
06 Healthcare Content and Integrated Communication

The role of Meta, Google, landing pages, and WhatsApp inside the funnel · choosing a channel by objective, not by trend · campaign objectives and budget allocation · the healthcare marketing KPIs that matter · CPL, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, and ROI · telling a marketing failure apart from a lead handling failure.
You build: a channel plan and a KPI dashboard.
08 Build and Present Your Healthcare Campaign
Assembling every part of the plan into one campaign · writing an executive summary · objective, audience, message, channels, budget, and KPIs · presenting the campaign professionally · turning the project into a portfolio case · live feedback on the final projects.

- Anyone unwilling to attend consistently and work on the final project
- Doctors looking for personal branding for themselves and their practice — that will be a separate program
Your instructor
Who's teaching
I'm Abanoub Fathy — a pharmacist with more than ten years across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors in Egypt and the UAE, including over six years in marketing, brand building, product strategy, and business growth.
I started in pharmaceutical sales, product launches, KOL management, and brand strategy. My work then moved into hospital and medical services marketing: doctor-led content, campaigns, lead generation, WhatsApp funnels, community activations, and performance measurement. The experience was built step by step, not read in a book.
That's also why this program isn't built on personal opinion alone. It combines established marketing frameworks and principles from Kotler and Keller with real applications from healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing — so you leave with something you can actually execute.
FAQ
Common questions
Do I need a medical degree?
No. The program suits both medical and marketing backgrounds. The content starts from the foundations of the healthcare sector, though some prior marketing knowledge will help you move faster.
Is it suitable for students and fresh graduates?
Yes, provided you commit to the application work. The goal is to leave with a project proving you understand how to think and execute, even if you haven't worked in the field yet.
Is this suitable if I have no marketing experience?
Yes. The program starts from the foundations and builds upward. What matters more than experience is the willingness to think, not just execute.
Does it cover media buying in detail?
It covers the role of Meta, Google, and digital channels, and how to choose, plan, and measure a campaign. It is not a technical media buying course explaining buttons inside the platforms.
Is the content only about pharmaceutical companies?
No. The program covers pharma, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare services, and explains the differences between them.
Are the sessions recorded?
The sessions are live and interactive, and recordings are available to participants.
Is the certificate accredited?
You receive a Digital Certificate of Completion from the program. It is not an academic degree or a government accreditation. The real value is in the skills and the project you leave with.
Does it guarantee a job?
No course can guarantee a job, and anyone promising that is selling you something else. What the program gives you is a close understanding of the work, the tasks, and how a healthcare marketing team is structured, along with the tools and a practical project that lets you present yourself far more strongly. Hiring itself still depends on your effort and the opportunities available.
How is it different from a general digital marketing course?
General courses teach you tools. This program teaches you the healthcare system those tools operate inside — patient decisions, medical stakeholders, ethical and regulatory sensitivity, and the operational reality of clinics and hospitals.
